Our concept of a concierge is someone who fulfills the needs and requests of guests or clients, be they corporate or individual, thus freeing those people's time for other more important matters. Using our concierge service will allow you to have more control of your schedule (business or pleasure), so you can do whatever you WANT or NEED to do.
Our team consists of professionals with good management, organizational, customer service, and problem solving skills and has detailed knowledge of Curacao.
They are educated, well groomed, friendly, attentive, multi lingual (speak English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento) and trained to deliver excellent customer service. They understand the value of time and can make your living easy!
Some of the services we offer:
Private cook
Surprise your partner with an exclusive diner in your private rental, or at the beach, or whatever your may think of!
We work with several Chefs', which we select dependant on your specific wishes. The chefs can prepare either standard meal plans or be hired by the hour for your customized diners (e.g. barbeque event, seafood buffet, 4 or 5 course diner, etc.).
Beverages are for guests' account or the Chef can bring your requested beverages to be served with your meals.
Costs are according to price list provided by the Chef. Services must be reserved and paid in advance.
Baby Sitter
You are traveling with your children but would also want to go out one evening for a romantic dinner, a fun time in the casino, or to dance under the stars.
No problem!
We can arrange babysitting service for you. A team of professional baby sitters is at your service.
This service is best requested before arrival.
Special Cars or Boat Charter
Need to impress, or just want something excusive? Several models of special cars are available for you; big pick-up trucks to a sporty cabriolet.
We offer several private charters for fishing or a fun day at sea. Depending on your group and budget we can offer you that great day at the Caribbean deep blue sea.
Taxi Transfer
You may prefer to take a taxi to your accommodation on your arrival date and have your rental car dropped off at your accommodation for instance the following date. This is not a problem. We can reserve a taxi for you. The taxi will meet you at the airport and will hold a sign with your name, so you know which taxi is yours.
Cost of taxi depends on the rental's location and number of passengers. Average cost for most locations is about US$30-50.
Reservation at least one week in advance is recommended. Payment is due directly to taxi driver when you arrive at your rental.
Grocery Service
If you are arriving late in the day, or especially if you're traveling with children, please ask to have your rental pre-stocked with groceries of your choice or our standard welcome food pack (US$ 60.00 for 2 person, US 100,00 for 4 person).
Either service is well worth the nominal fee so you can settle right into your rental and relax without having to rush off to the grocery store.
We can send you a list with items for you to customize your selection also.
HATO Escort Service
Escort service from the airport to your rental property can also be arranged. Escort service entails that a hostess will welcome you at the airport, show you where you can pick up your rental car, and then lead you from the airport to your vacation rental in her own vehicle.
If it's your first visit to Curacao than we highly recommend this service. It will save you from having to find your way to your accommodation on your own. This can be very time consuming as many roads on the island are not clearly marked.
After 7 P.M., Curacao is dark. In some roads there is very poor public lighting, which makes it even more difficult to find your way.
The cost for this service is US$30 - US$45 depending on distance from the airport. Payment is due in cash directly to hostess upon arrival at your accommodation.
Private Massage, Pedicure and Manicure
