Since 1998 INTAC N.V. is the vacation rental specialist of Curacao, and has rented and managed privately owned properties under the name ‘Curacao Vacation Villas’. We focus on the middle and high end of the market and manage and market a wide variety of properties with rental pricing from $100 up to $2000 per night. 

Since 2012 we continued to offer our services though 'Curacao Island Rentals' because of the expansion of the portfolio with many ocean front luxury apartments. We felt that ‘villas’ did not fully cover what we offer our guests anymore.

Curacao Island Rentals is the only vacation rental company that is a member of the Curacao Tourist Board (CTB) and Curacao Hospitality and Tourism Association (CHATA), operates from an office in the characteristic Punda area and still offers the personal touch this type of rental requires and deserves. We are based in Curacao which is very important to us because we love our Island and would like nothing more then to share this with our guests.
We personally attend every guest, and our entire staff is perfectly aware and knowledgeable of our entire portfolio to always provide fast and peronal service.We manage and rent most of our properties exclusively which gives us full control over service, quality, and if needed, speed of the response time in case an issue might occur.
Our team members speak English, Dutch, Spanish, Papaimento, German and Dutch.
This explains why 15-20% of our guests are returning guests!
